Care & Use Instructions:
– Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use
– Only use plastic, nylon or wooden utensils to protect the non-stick coating
– Never heat an empty pan, always use oil or butter during pre-heating
– Do not leave unattended on hot stovetop
– Handles may become hot during cooking, always handle hot cookware with caution and use oven mitt or pot holder
– Allow pan to cool before cleaning as a sudden temperature change can damage cookware
– Base of pan may scratch glass and ceramic stovetops over time, always ensure pan is placed carefully onto the stovetop
– When cooking on the stovetop, keep the heat at medium or lower to protect the pan’s non-stick surface
